1. Open the image in Photoshop.
2. Make a background layer copy.
3. Use curves to make adjustments.
4. Make a copy of that layer.
5. Go into filter, blur, gaussian blur.
6. Applu and adjust.
7. Merge down the layers.
8. Save it, as a copy and .jpg format.
